Who We Are
A trusted school culture and climate partner — embedded inside schools, aligned with leadership, and accountable to outcomes.
Over a decade of showing up inside schools.
CTT Educational Consultants, Inc. was founded in 2011 with a clear purpose: to provide school communities with the kind of embedded, relationship-based support that outside programs simply cannot replicate. From day one, our approach has been to place experienced specialists directly inside schools — not as visitors, but as part of the building community.
Over more than a decade, we have worked alongside principals, assistant principals, district administrators, and school climate teams across Baltimore and the surrounding region. We have learned what works, what doesn't, and what it takes to create lasting change in school culture.
CTT is not a staffing agency and not a security provider. We are a culture and climate partner — and that distinction matters in every conversation we have with school leadership.
We believe every student deserves to walk into a school that feels safe, structured, and genuinely invested in their success.
— CTT Mission Statement
Our core values.
Mission-Driven
Every decision we make is guided by one question: what's best for the students and schools we serve?
Whole-Child Focus
We address behavioral, emotional, and academic needs together — because students can't learn in environments where they don't feel safe or supported.
Embedded Partnership
We don't visit schools. We work inside them — building relationships with staff, students, and leadership over time.
Continuous Improvement
We review data, adjust our approach, and stay accountable to measurable outcomes throughout every engagement.
The C.A.R.E. Framework
CTT's We C.A.R.E. framework is the behavioral and professional standard that guides every staff member in every school. It is not a slogan — it is an operating model that defines how our team shows up every day.
Consistency
Predictable behavior, professionalism, and adherence to the Code of Conduct — every day, in every space, without exception.
Actions
Follow-through, credibility, and no empty promises. CTT staff do what they say they will do.
Respect
Professional tone with all stakeholders — students, teachers, administrators, families, and community members.
Engagement
Proactive, positive interaction with students. CTT staff build relationships before crises occur.
