Intervention Specialist
Provide daily embedded support in school hallways, common areas, and accountability centers. Build relationships with students, de-escalate conflicts, and document intervention activity.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with youth in school, community, or youth development settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Commitment to restorative, non-punitive approaches
Culture & Climate Coordinator
Support school-wide culture and climate initiatives, coordinate restorative practices programming, and serve as a liaison between CTT and school administration.
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in school-based or youth development work
- Familiarity with restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience working with school administrators and district leadership
Academic Enrichment Specialist
Facilitate academic enrichment programming for students in extended-day, after-school, or accountability center settings.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience facilitating academic programming for middle or high school students
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Baltimore City Schools curriculum preferred
