How We Work Inside Schools

Embedded presence, strategic coverage, proactive engagement, and continuous improvement — during the moments that matter most.

The CTT Approach

Present every day. Accountable every step.

CTT's operational model is built around four interconnected practices that work together to create safe, supportive, and well-functioning school environments. Each element reinforces the others — and all of them depend on the consistency and quality of the people we place inside your building.

01

Embedded Presence

Our intervention specialists are positioned inside your schools during the highest-risk times of the day — actively present where students need support.

Morning Arrival

Staff at entrances, bus drop-offs, and main hallways to set a positive tone for the day.

Transitions & Passing Periods

Strategic placement in stairwells, hallways, and common areas during class changes.

Lunch & Common Areas

Active presence in cafeterias and common spaces where incidents most frequently occur.

Dismissal

Coordinated coverage through end-of-day routines to ensure safe, orderly departures.

02

Strategic Coverage

CTT deploys staff according to each school's specific layout, schedule, and historical patterns — not a generic template.

School-Specific Deployment Plans

Coverage maps developed in partnership with school administration based on real data.

Flexible Staffing Models

Staffing levels adjusted to reflect school size, grade configuration, and program needs.

Accountability Center Management

Dedicated staff to manage alternative-to-suspension spaces with structured programming.

IEP & Special Population Support

Specialists assigned to support students with individualized education plans.

03

Relationship-Based Engagement

CTT specialists build genuine relationships with students over time — the foundation of every effective intervention.

Consistent Staff Assignments

The same specialists return to the same schools, building trust with students and staff.

Proactive Check-Ins

Daily touchpoints with students identified as needing additional support.

Family Communication

Regular, professional communication with families when appropriate and authorized.

Restorative Conversations

Structured dialogue to repair relationships after incidents and re-engage students.

04

Data-Informed Improvement

CTT tracks intervention activity, climate trends, and operational outcomes to continuously improve our approach.

Intervention Logging

All significant interactions documented in real time for pattern analysis.

Multi-Stakeholder Climate Surveys

Regular pulse checks on school climate from all stakeholder groups: students, teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff — aggregated to protect privacy and inform school-specific planning.

Monthly Reporting to Administration

Aggregate trend reports shared with school leadership on a regular cadence.

Annual Program Review

End-of-year review with district leadership to assess outcomes and plan for the next cycle.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

CTT operates in full compliance with FERPA and applicable state privacy regulations. All intervention activity is documented at the aggregate level. No individual student data is shared outside the school or district without proper authorization. Our reporting focuses on school-wide and program-level trends — never individual cases.
